When we started out this fencing company, we had about three people in the office, and we put out a flyer that said, “Need fencers. We are having a BBQ.” It was a hit; we ended up getting seven contractors and about ten fencers on our first day of recruitment. These guys have always been with us, through thick and thin. Right now, we are one of the best fencing companies in Brisbane and in the surrounding regions, but we have stayed true to our roots. All those guys who joined us during that BBQ recruitment drive are at a top executive level and head diverse teams. The three of us who started the company were three best friends who grew up in the same neighbourhood, but in a week, we became a family-run business. We are proud of our history and our roots; those are the things that ensure we provide the best service possible to our clients.
